No, FoodFit meals should only be reheated in the microwave for consumption before their expiry date.
Although we don’t recommend freezing your meals, as they will lose their freshness, they can be frozen if you plan on going away or decide to skip a meal.

If there is any ingredient on your FoodFit Menu that you do not like our Chef will adapt your meal and use substitute ingredients where required to ensure you receive a personalised meal which is suitable for your FoodFit goal and your taste buds!
We use packaging that is 100% recyclable. The cardboard containers and plastic lids are easy to recycle and can be put in your home recycling boxes. The wool component of the insulator can be removed from the plastic wrap and put in your compost bin.
Alternatively, you can use the WoolCool website to locate a collection point near your home and also generate your FREEPOST label here. We recommend re-using one of the FoodFit delivery boxes to send your insulation back to WoolCool. You can usually fit 2 weeks worth of insulation in one FoodFit box.
